What We Do
HealthCues is a preventative healthcare solution that allows employers to
provide their employees with potentially life-saving preventative health care
services with no out of pocket cost.
These suite of preventative health benefits promotes healthy outcomes
before medical concerns become insurance issues.
How We Do It
The HealthCues FICA Tax Saving Program is implemented through the
Internal Revenue Service Code, Section 125 Plan (established in 1978)
which can increase employee net take home pay and create signifcant tax
savings for the employer.
HealthCues utilizes insurance-based products, is HIPPA compliant, fully
funded, fully insured, partners with “A” rated carriers and is approved by the
Department of Insurance.
Employers will typically save $600-$850 dollars per employee per year in
FICA tax savings and eligible employees will normally see an increase of
3-6% in net take home pay.
